Jack: Black Hills Senior Photographer

I usually don’t post on Saturday, but since it’s been way too long since my last post, I decided that I didn’t want hold off posting my favorites from Jack’s senior session.

Jack and his family (remember Mallory?) moved to Omaha last summer, so I felt incredibly lucky when I got an email asking if I could squeeze him in for senior photos while he was back visiting his friends in South Dakota. I couldn’t wait to work with him, and if you were to ask he and his girlfriend, Hanna, they would tell you that my excitement while shooting wasn’t well hidden.

Because he misses his old stomping grounds, we planned my favorite kind of session—the kind where we have a starting point (this time it was Hill City), but aren’t quite sure how it will end (a dirt road in the Hills). Jack was willing to go with the flow,  and as this concept usually proves, the stumbled-upon locations resulted in my favorite photos.

Jack, thank you so much for being so genuine, laid back, and for asking me to be a part of your senior year! Can’t wait to hear what the future holds for you. Enjoy a few of my favorites!
