Allison Says: Jason’s vows to Scott, Shannon and I. I felt like we had truly become a family after hearing them. It was more moving to me than I imagined.
Jason Says: Talking with my dad Dad prior to the wedding.
Jessica’s Take: I thought the time spent with Ally getting ready was especially memorable. Shannon was so excited about her dress, and Jason’s mom gifted Ally a family heirloom—a gorgeous string of pearls.
What was your favorite detail of the wedding day?
Allison Says: The cake my mother made us. Chocolate cake with brown sugar frosting, not the most beautiful cake but certainly the most delicious!!
Jason Says: Having the bison out on the front lawn of the game lodge.
Jessica’s Take: Ally’s bridal style was perfection—truly a great fit for the intimate feel of the day. (And Jason’s jacket was equally handsome.)
Any advice for other couples planning a wedding?
Allison Says: Keep it small and simple. Also, save enough money to enjoy a memorable honeymoon, it is much needed and appreciated alone time together after all the excitement and bustle of the wedding.

What’s the best part about being married so far?
Allison Says: Seeing Jason with his wedding ring on. It’s like a cherry on top!
Jason Says: I enjoy seeing mail come addressed to Allison with her new last name.
