What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?
Scott & Jenna Say: We both agree that every moment that day was something we will cherish. But, seeing each other for the first time in our wedding attire, and also saying “I do” with our family and friends there to support us were the most unforgettable moments.
Jessica’s Take: The wedding day was very windy, and I don’t think I’ll ever forget when Jenna’s veil got stuck on the roof during what was supposed to be a quiet moment. She couldn’t stop laughing, , and I remember thinking, “It’s going to be a really great day.”
What was your favorite detail of the wedding day?
Scott says: My favorite detail of the day was Jenna in her wedding dress!
Jenna says: One of my favorite details of the wedding was the flowers. I was obsessed with how gorgeous they turned out! Also I LOVED my dress…pretty depressed that I won’t ever get to wear it again. And of course Scott looked amazing in his dark grey tux!
Jessica’s Take: I agree with Jenna. The flowers were amazing!
Any advice for other couples planning a wedding?
Don’t be afraid to ask for help because friends and family are always willing and excited to help with planning. Also, just take it all in and enjoy being engaged and the wedding day because it flies by so quickly!
What is the best part of being married so far?
Scott says: Getting to be with my best friend every day and waking up every morning with her.
Jenna says: How happy I feel all the time!!! Just the thought of getting to keep him forever is amazing. I also love seeing him wearing a ring. It may be a small detail but it reminds me of great things.
