Marissa & Riley stood together in front of the chapel, underneath a brilliant blue fall sky. They thoughtfully considered the words they had written for one another. Words about their hands—their purpose, their future. She held onto his, knowing that she had chosen him to comfort her through their years of marriage. That his would be the hands to hold their children. Together, their hands would build a full and happy life.
It was under that brilliant blue fall sky that they sealed their vows with a kiss, and then smiled at one another with a quiet excitement. And in celebration of what had just taken place, Marissa and Riley danced in the sunlight, back down the aisle—hand in hand.
