Here are a few favorites from a personal film shoot, taken earlier this summer. Alexa agreed to get back into her dress and let me practice with my film camera. I don’t know if it’s possible for a person to be any sweeter.
I didn’t shoot a single digital image—or even bring along a digital camera—so really had no idea how the photos would look. It was quite that dark that day, so it turned into an exercise in looking for light. And although I’ve grown a lot in the past few years, I’ll never ever be so good that I don’t need to practice that. 🙂
