Today I looked over to see this beauty on my bulletin board. I received it in the mail my second year of college, from my then twelve-year-old sister. She wanted to wish me a “super-duper awesome Valentine’s Day”.
Those who know me probably know that I tend to hang on to things like this—sometimes a little too long—but when I get the chance to revisit them, I’m always thankful for that memory. Today I’m thankful for handmade notes, my Mom (who delivers that kind of thing in person), and for the spaghetti that Brett plans on making for supper.
